Norwegian KMC Properties Acquires Commercial Property in Denmark

We have assisted the listed Norwegian real estate company, KMC Properties, in acquiring a real estate company that owns a 40,000 sqm property in Skjern from Duras A/S. The property is leased to Velux, which will continue its lease under the new ownership.

KMC Properties and Duras have signed a share purchase agreement regarding the transaction, with the closing expected to take place in June 2024.
