- KanAm Grund Group in connection with a joint venture with AP Pension regarding the office development project Svanemølleholm. The 75,000 m² office building will contain the future headquarters of Nykredit and AP Pension.
- Private property investment company Dades in connection with the sale of a 130-years old property at Gl. Kongevej in central Copenhagen. The property consists of three connected buildings with a total area of almost 9,000 m2 containing both residential and commercial units.
- Velliv and Industriens Pension in connection with the acquisition of a property portfolio of 521 apartments from NREP
- Urban development company NærHeden P/S in relation to the development and sale of building rights in the district Nærheden
- The Dutch hotel chain Zoku in connection with their entering into the Danish market and leasing a hotel in Ørestaden
- By & Havn in connection with the establishment of two separate joint ventures with PensionDenmark in the development of Fælledby and PFA in the development of Stejlepladsen both located in Copenhagen
