Logis Solutions Acquired by ESO
We have advised the owners of Logis Solutions on the sale of the company to ESO, backed by Vista Equity Partners and Accel-KKR.
Founded in 2000, Logis Solutions is a Danish software company specializing in providing computer-aided dispatch, logistics, and billing software tailored to the healthcare sector, including emergency medical services, fire departments and hospitals. With operations in Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand, Logis has a broad international presence.
ESO was founded in 2004 in the United States and serves a wide range of clients in North America with an extensive portfolio of software solutions aimed at improving health, safety, and public services.
The acquisition of Logis positions ESO as the first company to integrate data across the healthcare continuum, creating a leading provider of diverse solutions designed to enhance health and safety through data-driven insights.
