Goldman Sachs acquires seven real estate projects in Jutland
The American investment bank Goldman Sachs is continuing its acquisitions of properties in Denmark.
Bruun & Hjejle has advised Goldman Sachs on the acquisition of 7 projects from Danish real estate developer Birch Ejendomme. The 70,000 sqms were acquired in collaboration with Nordic real estate company RUBIK Properties. Birch will continue to develop the more than 900 housing units situated in five different cities in Jutland (Silkeborg, Horsens, Kolding, Viborg and Randers) and are expected to finish the project in 2022.
