Refinancing of TDC Group’s holdco

The refinancing includes new private credit facilities for Nuuday A/S and DK Telekommunikation ApS. The holdco refinancing follows on from the comprehensive TDC Group refinancing completed earlier this year, including the establishment of a landmark new secured infrastructure financing platform for TDC NET A/S.
