AC has extensive experience advising financial sponsors, corporates, banks, debt funds and other direct lenders on a broad range of financing matters – including acquisition financing (public and private), alternative credit financing, corporate financing, fund financing, debt capital markets financing, infrastructure financing and green, sustainable, and other ESG-linked financing.
When structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions, AC draws upon a solid academic background within law, finance, and economics as well as unique international expertise obtained from several years of practicing in the London-based global finance practice of top-tier U.S. law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell.
AC is dual-qualified as a Danish Attorney and a Solicitor of England and Wales. AC holds an M.Sc. in Law and Finance form the University of Oxford.

- Axcel in connection with a leveraged acquisition financing for Axcel’s investment in Progrits AB, incremental debt financing for Axcel’s portfolio company Oral Care and a leveraged acquisition financing for Axcel’s investment in Tic-Elkas and Eegholm (2023)
- European Energy in relation to a green revolving credit facility and numerous green bond offerings listed on the sustainable segment of Nasdaq Copenhagen, including EUR 300 million senior unsecured green bonds due 2025, EUR 150 million senior unsecured green bonds due 2026, EUR 115 million hybrid green bonds due 3023 and EUR 150 million hybrid green bonds due 3020 (2020-2023)
- DK Telekommunikation in connection with a comprehensive refinancing of EUR 1,400 million high yield notes issued by DKT Finance, including a new private holdco facility (2023)
- Nuuday in connection with a EUR 500 million term loan B facility (2023)
- TDC NET in connection with a number of bilateral facilities, including, among others, a EUR 110 million term loan facility provided by Nordic Investment Bank (NIB) to support TDC NET’s fibre roll-out programme (2022)
- Ares Management Limited in connection with a number of unitranche financings, including, among others, a comprehensive senior, super senior and PIK debt financing package to support Axcel’s acquisition of itm8 and concurrent merger of itm8 with Axcel’s existing portfolio company Addpro (2022)
- TDC Group on a comprehensive refinancing transaction, including the establishment of a secured infrastructure financing platform for TDC NET by way of whole business securitisation (WBS) and the initial financing under the platform comprising EUR 3,200 million term loan, revolving credit, and liquidity facilities (2022). This is the first WBS financing ever for a Danish corporate
