Aviva Investors acquires Kolding Retailpark from Rema 1000
We have advised the British asset manager Aviva Investors in connection with the acquisition of the 11,000 m2 and fully leased Kolding Retailpark from Rema 1000.
The transaction is a sale and lease back transaction, where Rema 1000 continues as tenant. In addition to Rema 1000, the shopping centre houses stores such as Power, Harald Nyborg, Sunset and Maxi Zoo. The property is rated A on the ECP scale (Energy Performance Certificates), and Aviva Investors plan to further improve energy emissions and will, among other things, establish electric charging stations at the adjacent parking lot.
