Verdion acquires and develops new logistics property

The project includes the acquisition of a 63,000 sqm plot as well as the construction of a large, state-of-the-art warehouse and logistics property with solar panels on the roof and a wide range of other initiatives that will make the property as sustainable as possible. The 23,000 sqm building will focus on energy efficiency and is to built with a DGNB certification in silver. The seller is System Transport, which as part of the transaction has signed a 10-year lease on the property.
