Søren specialises in all aspects of competition law, including in Danish and international cases on merger control, abuse of dominant position, cartels, distribution strategies, damages, penalty and state aid. He regularly litigates before the European Court of Justice and the Danish courts, and during recent years, he has litigated several of the major, leading Danish competition cases.
