SEB sells private banking activities to Ringkjøbing Landbobank

As part of the agreement, SEB will transfer its Danish private banking activities to Ringkjøbing Landbobank, including the customer relationship with SEB's Danish private banking customers. This is a portfolio of approx. 800 private banking customers, which has so far been served by SEB's Danish branch. At the same time, the agreement means that a strategic cooperation is established between the two banks. This means, among other things, that private banking customers at Ringkjøbing Landbobank get access to a range of research, analyses, investment opportunities and international financing offered in SEB.
