NREP sells Trøjborgcenteret

When smaller town centres expand to the local environment, they become more attractive and create more life. This is illustrated by the development of Trøjborgcenteret, which NREP has just sold for hundreds of million.

The buyer is Løgten Invest, a real estate company based north of Aarhus. In recent years, NREP has done a great job of modernizing and developing Trøjborgcenteret. The centre has a good location, and NREP's renewal in collaboration with tenants, local authorities and other stakeholders has breathed new life into the centre, which has become attractive to customers, tenants and now also new owners.
