Danish Town and Country Planning Board of Appeal dismisses complaints in dispute about Stejlepladsen
We have assisted Ejendomsselskabet Stejlepladsen in connection with the appeal before the Danish Town and Country Planning Board of
Appeal.
Ejendomsselskabet Stejlepladsen is owned by PFA and CPH City & Port Development and the complaint before the Danish Town and Country Planning Board of
Appeal included the local plan, the town plan supplement and the environmental assessment for a new residential area, Stejlepladsen.
The focal point of the complaint was a number of issues concerning consideration for nature and wildlife on the land where the residential area is to be built. The the Danish Town and Country Planning Board of Appeal did not uphold neither the appeal against the local plan, the town plan supplement nor the environmental assessment, so preparations for the construction can continue. The first phase of construction is expected to begin at the end of the year.
