Danica acquires a DKK 600 million office building in Copenhagen
We have assisted Danica Ejendomme in the acquisition of an almost 14,000 sqm office building by The Lakes in Copenhagen for DKK 600 million.
The acquisition is part of Danica Ejendomme’s investment strategy and will strengthen the company’s real estate portfolio. The seller is Aage V. Jensens Fonde.
