Henrik Dahl advises foundations on legal matters, including on liaising with the Danish Business Authority and the Department of Civil Affairs in connection with amendments to articles of association, approval of extraordinary transactions, etc. He advises both commercial and non-commercial foundations.
Henrik Dahl is member of the board of directors of a number of foundations, including Knud Højgaards Fond, Oak Foundation Denmark, Kong Frederik den Syvendes stiftelse, Opera Hedeland, the Danish Arctic Institute, Africa Infrastructure Fund, and Emerging Markets Infrastructure Fund.
A significant part of Henrik Dahl's work consists of advising private clients on succession planning, including the setting up of wills, deeds of gift, prenuptial agreements, and lasting powers of attorney. Henrik Dahl regularly assists members of several of Denmark's major industrial families.
Henrik Dahl also handles administration of estates, and he has served as executor of a number of estates, including the estate of Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller.
Henrik Dahl has an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
