Josefine represents Danish and foreign companies in litigation and arbitration. She has experience in a wide range of legal areas, including financial products, and focuses among other things on ESG-related issues and marketing and consumer law.
In addition, Josefine has assisted clients with investigations of various sizes, which have included assessments of companies and individuals. She has practical experience with the guidelines or best practices that apply to investigations, including the rights of the affected and involved parties, collection of material, confidentiality and processing of personal data.
Each year, Josefine co-authors with Karsten Kristoffersen the Denmark chapter in The Securities Litigation Review (published by Law Business Research).

- Legal investigation for the Greenland Self-Government on a tender for two bachelor programmes ( six months in 2020)
- Minor legal investigation for Danske Bank regarding notification of fee changes on an investment product (three months in 2020)
- Supreme Court cases for Totalkredit and BRFkredit on contribution increases (2019)
- Legal investigation of money laundering in Danske Bank's Estonian branch (10 months in 2018)
- Represented mortgage credit institutions and banks in a large number of small and medium-sized lawsuits against private and business customers
