Signe specialises in construction law and conflict management. She has approximately 15 years of experience in arbitration and disputes in the construction industry and has extensive experience with some of the most protracted and complex arbitration cases in connection with many major construction projects in Denmark.
Together with the rest of the construction team, Signe advises Danish and international clients in the construction industry (developers, housing associations, contractors, consultants, etc.) on the drafting of contracts, disputes during construction and handling disputes in settlement negotiations, litigation, arbitration proceedings, etc.
She regularly advises construction parties on the disputes that may arise in a construction project, with the aim of resolving the disputes at the lowest possible conflict level.
