Flemming Strømme Martinussen has extensive general experience in employment and labour law and in-depth knowledge of the labour law system. Among other things, he has deep insight into labour clauses, working time provisions and collective agreement matters in relation to mergers and acquisitions, and he is also an experienced litigator.
