Financing for development of Stejlepladsen

Bruun & Hjejle has assisted Stejlepladsen P/S (owned by By & Havn and PFA) in obtaining project financing from Nykredit.

The financing includes construction financing and framework conditions for subsequent construction financing when the building is completed.

The buildings in the new neighborhood at Fiskerhavnen in Copenhagen's South Harbour is being developed with consideration for the diversity and unique culture that characterise the area. Additionally, nature and sustainability are central themes throughout the project.
