Danish asset managers Artha and Scope Investment are merging

Artha and Scope Investment are merging to create one of Denmark’s largest independent asset managers with a combined total of DKK 24 billion assets under management.

Closing is conditional upon the approval from the Danish FSA and an approval by the general meeting in Artha.
