We advise Freja Ejendomme in connection with the acquisition of Odense University Hospital from the Region of Southern Denmark

This lays the foundation for one of the largest urban redevelopment projects in Denmark, where the area will be transformed into a green and attractive city district with housing, businesses, culture, and vibrant urban life.

Together with Realdania By & Byg, the parties will establish a joint development company responsible for the long-term transformation of the area. The project focuses on sustainability, reuse of existing buildings, and high architectural quality, aiming to create a diverse neighborhood that bridges the past and the future.
