Pensam acquires newly built property in Rødovre of almost 20,000 sqm

Together with Fokus Nordic, EY, Colliers and KHR, we advised Pensam on the valuable addition of ‘Kamillehuset’, which is attractively located close to Rødovre Centrum, to their portfolio. The newly constructed building from 2022 contains 145 residential units, nine commercial units and 150 parking spaces.
