Market Pay acquires AltaPay

Bruun & Hjejle advised the owners of Danish AltaPay, a leading provider of end-to-end payment and financial management solutions in Scandinavia, with the divestment of AltaPay to Market Pay, backed by private equity investor AnaCap.

The acquisition is part of Market Pay’s strategy to expand and enhance its payment solutions across Europe and strengthen its presence in the Scandinavian market.
