KanAm Grund Group acquires 50% ownership stake in Svanemølleholm

We have advised KanAm Grund Group, which has entered into a joint venture with AP Ejendomme, in connection with the acquisition of 50% of Svanemølleholm in Copenhagen - a newly built office property where Nykredit, AP Livsforsikringsselskabet and AP Ejendomme have their new headquarters. We have also advised the parties on financing in connection with raising loans from Nykredit as part of the joint venture.

The transaction is Denmark's largest single asset transaction in 2025.
