
Jakob Lentz is an experienced litigator who regularly represents professional advisers and major Danish banks in cases before the Danish courts. He has played a key role in the investigations into the now terminated portfolio of non-resident customers at Danske Bank’s Estonian branch. Jakob also has extensive experience with complex gas price arbitrations, involving a mixture of legal and financial issues, and with insurance matters.
Jakob helps large businesses manage the complex legal, commercial and reputational risks resulting from allegations of misconduct, financial crime and regulatory investigations. Jakob has vast experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of financial institutions, boards of directors and audit committees.
