Faris Nesheiwat

Faris is a senior director who is admitted to practice in New York. He advises clients on complex infrastructure and construction matters, specializing in the interpretation and management of bespoke agreements and standard industry forms, specifically the FIDIC Red, Yellow, and Silver contracts. Faris has extensive experience advising on international civil engineering projects—including offshore wind, transportation, cable projects, and submarine cables.
