Dansk Ejendomsfond (Danish Real Estate Fund) sells three properties to Jeudan

The properties, comprising a total area of approximately 7,900 square meters, were sold for an aggregate purchase price of DKK 278 million. All properties are located in central Copenhagen and Frederiksberg and are used for office and residential purposes.

Dansk Ejendomsfond I (owned by the pension funds Velliv, Pædagogernes Pension and AP Pension) views the transaction as part of a long-term strategy focused on active portfolio management.
