We have advised Orange Capital Partners in the largest real estate transaction of the year so far

The transaction concerns the acquisition of a housing portfolio of approximately 110,000 sqm from NREP. The portfolio consists of 1,220 apartments spread over seven properties located at attractive addresses in Copenhagen and Aarhus. The seller on the transaction was NREP's Nordic Strategies Fund II, which was established in 2016.
