Thylander and KanAm Grund Group are developing a new district in central Copenhagen

A brand new district called Laksegade Kvarteret is soon emerging in the heart of Copenhagen by the Holmen Canal. The historic buildings, formerly the headquarters of Danske Bank, are now facing an exciting transformation.

We assist Thylander and KanAm Grund Group, who have purchased and will develop the properties, which cover 16 buildings totalling 50,000 square metres. The new urban district is expected to be completed in three years.
