Thomas Kræmer has more than 20 years of experience as a legal advisor in the field of mergers and acquisitions. Over the years, he has assisted in completing more than 100 transactions concerning all sorts of businesses from small to large blue-chip companies in most industries and represented both the buyer and the seller side.
Thomas has extensive experience in handling cross-border transactions and transactions concerning companies with operations in many countries.
Thomas has particular experience advising sellers on streamlining and positioning their business for a successful sale. It is not least the commercial and value-adding focus of the advice that Thomas' clients appreciate.
Thomas also regularly advises a number of professional footballers on their day-to-day business and contracts, just as Thomas has advised on the purchase and sale of several Danish football clubs
