Savills sells real estate portfolio to Macquarie

The portfolio consists of four properties comprising a total of 77,560 square metres of leasable space and are leased to global transport and logistics company DSV. Strategically situated in Denmark’s top logistics markets of Copenhagen and the Triangle area, the facilities benefit from excellent transportation links to major cities, highways, and ports.
