PensionDanmark sells four Danish courthouses
We have advised PensionDanmark on the sale of four Danish courthouses to the British company Zetland Capital.
The courthouses have a total area of more than 21,000 square metres. The sale involves the courthouses in Sønderborg, Næstved, Nykøbing F. and Hjørring. This is Zetland Capital's first investment in Denmark.
