PensionDanmark to build new and modern independent care home in Allerød

The nursing home will be located in a brand-new residential area in Allerød called ‘Teglværkskvarteret’, which covers a total of 60,500 square metres. In addition to the nursing home, the residential area will also consist of approximately 100 residential units - including a senior cohousing community, senior-suitable housing and intergenerational cohousing as well as a number of shared facilities.
