PensionDanmark awarded OPP-agreement for the establishment of new barracks facilities for the Danish Defence
We have advised PensionDanmark, which has just been awarded an OPP agreement for the design, construction, and operation of a substantial number of new barracks facilities across Denmark.
Bruun & Hjejle has assisted PensionDanmark in connection with the tender process and in connection with structuring the collaboration with MT Højgaard Danmark as operational partner. The project constitutes one of Denmark’s largest public-private partnerships.
