PensionDanmark acquires real estate portfolio from Coop
We have assisted PensionDanmark in connection with the acquisition of a real estate portfolio from Coop for approx. DKK 1 billion.
The last two years, PensionDanmark has collaborated with Coop on the development of Coop Byen. The sale includes several commercial properties and the city development project Coop Byen Vest P/S with 378 apartments and town houses.
