Patrizia acquires Ringsted Outlet

The sellers are Agat Ejendomme and Capman Real Estate, each of which disposes of 50 percent ownership to Patrizia. Ringsted Outlet, located at exit 36 on the E20 motorway, is called "Denmark's only real outlet town" and includes 48 retail leases and three restaurants. The sale is expected to be completed on 31 January next year.
