In addition to the 6 care homes, the portfolio also includes 2 childcare institutions and 23 senior living properties, making it the largest care home transaction to date in the Danish market. The portfolio will be incorporated into Northern Horizon's fourth care home fund, which has a total investment capacity of 4.8 billion DKK.
