Matter Real Estate and 1927 Estate form a JV for a multi-billion-kroner project

The new Joint Venture comprises the English property developer Matter Real Estate, the Danish real estate company 1927 Estate and former director at HD Ejendomme, Peter Uldall Borch. Initially, the Joint Venture aims to build a multi-billion-kroner portfolio of 800 rental properties in a number of major provincial cities.
