Joint venture acquires luxury property on Strøget

The property, which spans just under 5,000 square metres, is almost equally divided between retail space and offices and houses, among other things, the clothing store New Yorker. With the property fully leased, the new owners focus on efficient operations and have ambitions to achieve a DGNB operational certification that supports sustainability in their ownership.
