Genesta debuts in the Danish real estate market with the acquisition of Cirkelhuset II

Cirkelhuset II is a residential property under construction in Køge, which will consist of 100 leases once the 7,100 sqm property is completed. Solar cells will be installed on the building, and the 100 tenant residents will have access to, among other things, charging stations for electric cars.
