Finnish UB Nordic acquires Gubra’s headquarters
We have advised the Finnish investment fund UB Nordic on the acquisition of the biotech company Gubra's headquarters for DKK 100 million.
The acquisition tops Estate Media's latest list of property transactions worth more than DKK 10 million from the online Danish real estate data platform Resights.
