Vattenfall acquires Anker Development ApS from sellers Green Nest Partner ApS and Peak Wind Group ApS

Vattenfall is the largest operator of offshore wind in Denmark and is now expanding its offshore wind portfolio in Denmark. Bruun & Hjejle has advised Vattenfall in connection with the acquisition of the project company Anker Development and the corresponding ownership of two coastal offshore wind projects under the open Door scheme from Green Nest Partner and PEAK Wind.

The two projects off the coast of Hanstholm and Grenå respectively are expected to have a total capacity of 765 MW of fossil free electricity.
