We cover all aspects of Danish and EU competition law, including merger control and cartel investigations. We also give advice on public procurement, general EU law and trade law matters.
We have extensive expertise in dominance issues and state aid as well as the regulatory framework of publicly owned and regulated businesses. We have advised in several landmark competition and state aid cases before the Danish courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
We also provide proactive advice and engage actively in compliance issues in order to minimise the risk of non-compliance with competition law.
