Kirk Kapital Acquires DOT A/S from Jysk-Fynsk Kapital
We have advised Kirk Kapital in connection with their acquisition of the leading full-service surface treatment provider in the Nordics, DOT.
DOT, formerly known as Dansk Overflade Teknik, specializes in a range of metal surface treatment services, including hot dip galvanizing, powder coating, painting and metallizing. Over the past 15 years, DOT has achieved significant growth through strategic acquisitions of galvanizing plants in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, and now has a strong market position with 12 plants in the Nordic region and approximately 600 employees.
