Emilie Lerstrøm is associated partner in Bruun & Hjejle’s IP & Digital Business department. Emilie has more than 6 years of experience in the field of IP in general, but particularly advises on patent law and regulatory conditions in the field of inter alia life science and the food sector. Emilie also has experience with licence agreements and handling of IP in connection with research and development agreements. In addition, Emilie advises on IP in relation to IP heavy transactions. Emilie also has court experience and litigates before the Danish courts. Further, Emilie advises on various procurement matters within the life science industry.
Emilie has an LL.M. in Innovation Law from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, in connection with which Emilie was admitted to the ”Dean’s List of Excellence in Academic Performance” for her results.

- Represented a Swedish food supplement company before the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court on enforcement of the company’s rights in accordance with the Danish Marketing Practices Act (2020)
