
Emilie Lerstrøm is associated partner in Bruun & Hjejle’s IP & Digital Business department and has more than ten years of experience in the field of IP. She particularly advises on patent law, trade secrets and regulatory conditions in the field of, inter alia, life sciences and the food industry. Emilie also has experience with license agreements and handling IP in research and development agreements.
In addition, Emilie advises on IP in relation to IP heavy transactions, litigates before the Danish courts (including High courts) and advises on various procurement matters within the life science industry. She holds an LL.M. in Innovation Law from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, where she was admitted to the ”Dean’s List of Excellence in Academic Performance” for her results.
Emilie is ranked in the silver category for patent litigation by IAM Patent 1000 and recognised by Lexology with a Client Choice Award.
