Danske Shoppingcentre divests the shopping center Hvidovre C

Danske Shoppingcentre, which owns 16 shopping centres across Denmark, has now chosen to sell Hvidovre C to the Danish property developer Propreco. The centre was most recently renovated in 2009 with a modern interior and beautiful common areas and is still absolutely up-to-date, bright and friendly with a number of attractive store concepts and a good square. The new owners will develop the centre and add housing in the area.
