We have seen significant growth in our M&A business over the past two years. Transactions involving IP-intensive companies have contributed to the growth and this is expected to continue. In addition, we have seen an increasing need for advice on IP & Digital Business. The addition of Thomas strengthens the breadth of our M&A business. The admission of Nina and Søren strengthens the depth of our competences in all IP-related areas, including transactions with companies in Life Science and Tech, among others.

Thomas, Nina and Søren bring extensive experience and a strong market position in their respective fields. They bring their immediate respective teams totalling around 15 employees.

The M&A market is currently characterised by high activity, where complex transactions place high demands on legal advice. I look forward to being able to serve clients from Bruun & Hjejle's platform with deep transaction-related competences in areas such as capital markets law, competition law and financing,’ says Thomas, who has been advising on M&A for more than 20 years.
Nina Ringen and Søren Danelund Reipurth each have more than 15 years of experience advising Danish and international clients in all IP related areas.
Establishing and commercialising IP rights is crucial for companies' competitiveness and market position, including future investment and growth opportunities. I look forward to our team contributing to Bruun & Hjejle's position within IP & Digital Business, and not least to collaborating with existing and new clients on IP-intensive transactions and in relation to complex IP disputes, which we are seeing more and more of, explains Nina Ringen.

The three new profiles are expected to join Bruun & Hjejle during the first half of 2025.
