Bruun & Hjejle appoints new partners and associate partners
Bruun & Hjejle is strengthening its business within real estate, insolvency and M&A and, as of 1 January 2026, has appointed Anton Secher and Therkel Brinth as partners and Christoffer Henneberg and Julie Leonhardt as associate partners.
The newly appointed members have all pursued their careers internally at Bruun & Hjejle and currently play key roles within their respective business areas.

Anton Secher – Partner
Anton Secher is a lawyer in Bruun & Hjejle's real estate and urban development team. He advises property developers and investors on complex urban development projects and major property transactions. Anton holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen.
Therkel Brinth – Partner
Therkel Brinth is a lawyer in Bruun & Hjejle's insolvency and restructuring team. He advises on complex insolvency and restructuring law issues, including restructuring processes and insolvency-related disputes. Therkel holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen.
Julie Leonhardt – Associate partner
Julie Leonhardt is an attorney in Bruun & Hjejle's M&A team. She advises companies, investors and funds on M&A transactions, investments and general corporate law matters. Julie holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen.
Christoffer Henneberg – Associate partner
Christoffer Henneberg is a lawyer in Bruun & Hjejle's M&A team. He advises companies, investors and funds on mergers and acquisitions, investments and general corporate law matters. Christoffer holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen and an LL.M. from King's College London.
