AkademikerPension builds new district
Vejle in Jutland, Denmark is rapidly growing - a new district called Gammelhavn will soon emerge in the central part of the city.
AkademikerPension is behind the first stage of the development project, which in collaboration with NPV is going to construct three residential blocks with 63 owner-occupied homes, 100 rental homes, and 5 retail/F&B leases. We are pleased to have assisted AkademikerPension with this exciting project and are looking forward to seeing the new district unfold.
