CVC Funds is becoming a minority investor in Hempel A/S

With their investment in Hempel A/S, the private equity fund CVC Capital Partners concludes one of the largest transactions of the year so far. CVC is becomes a minority owner in the Danish-based Hempel A/S, which is a leading manufacturer of paints for both private and professional customers, including the marine industry.
