AP Pension to Develop New Sustainable Headquarters for GF Pension

Bruun & Hjejle has assisted AP Pension in connection with the signing of an agreement with GF Forsikring, Raundahl & Moesby A/S and Freja Ejendomme A/S on AP Pension's development and acquisition of GF's new head office in Cortex Park in Odense.

The 16,200 square meters that make up GF's new headquarters will be built in line with the green transition in construction and is expected to achieve DGNB Gold certification. The office building will be ready for occupancy in the second half of 2026.
